4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been heavily used, damaged, or modified by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked
  • Gift cards

For tool products, we may refuse returns if the product shows clear signs of heavy use, abuse, unauthorized repair, or modification.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, we will provide further assistance and may cover return shipping where applicable.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos or videos so we can review the issue quickly.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kingtoolkit.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel. In that case, you may need to request a return after the item is delivered.

If a seller cannot ship within the promised time, FTC rules generally require the seller to obtain the buyer’s consent to the delay or provide a refund for unshipped merchandise.

9. Missing Packages or Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:

  • With household members or neighbors
  • With the carrier
  • Any front desk, mailroom, or package locker

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will help review the issue.

KingToolKit is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
