We want every KingToolKit order to feel simple, fair, and worry-free. Review our return and refund guidelines below.

At KingToolKit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all purchases made at https://kingtoolkit.com/ for destinations within the United States.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
In accordance with our Google Merchant Center settings, we accept return requests for both defective and non-defective products (such as a change of mind) within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unused or only lightly inspected.
- In its original packaging (when possible).
- Accompanied by all original accessories, parts, manuals, and included items.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return
- Step 1 — Contact Us First: Email us at info@kingtoolkit.com with your order number, the email used for the purchase, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (please attach photos/videos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
- Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization: Once we review your request, our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the authorized return instructions.
- CRITICAL NOTE: Please contact our customer support email (info@kingtoolkit.com) first to get official confirmation BEFORE shipping any items back to our warehouse. Items mailed directly to our return center without prior authorization or an approved RMA will not be accepted or refunded.

- Step 3 — Ship the Item: Send the item via mail/post to the designated return address provided by our support team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Step 4 — Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it meets eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Processing Time & Fees
- Restocking Fees: We charge NO restocking fees ($0) for any authorized returns.
- Our Handling Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, our team will process and issue the refund from our system within 2 business days.
- Total Processing Time (Bank Clearance): Depending on your payment provider and bank's processing cycles, it may take additional time for the funds to officially reflect in your account. To ensure full alignment with our official store standards and Google Merchant Center guidelines, the entire refund process from inspection to your bank statement will be completed within 10 business days.
- Follow-up: If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our approval, please check with your credit card company or bank first, then contact us at info@kingtoolkit.com.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Who covers the return mailing costs depends entirely on the reason for the return:
- For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Error): If the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving a damaged tool set, mechanical defects, or the wrong product), KingToolKit covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
- For Change of Mind, Wrong Item Ordered, or No Longer Needed: If you wish to return a product due to personal preferences, accidental orders, or buyer's remorse, the customer is fully responsible for purchasing and arranging the return shipping label.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Items showing signs of heavy use, abuse, or unauthorized modification by the customer.
- Items missing original accessories, parts, or packaging.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
- Gift cards.
6. Exchanges & Order Cancellations
- Exchanges: We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to stock availability. Contact us at info@kingtoolkit.com to start an exchange. If the replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
- Cancellations: To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@kingtoolkit.com. If the order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, please initiate a standard return after delivery.
